The purpose of this survey is to gather safety‑related, experience‑based data about work inside the haunted attraction industry.
This survey collects anonymous, aggregate responses to better understand industry‑wide experiences and trends. It does not collect identifying information, cannot be used to investigate or resolve individual incidents, and is not intended to draw conclusions about specific people, attractions, or organizations.
You will be asked about situations you may or may not have personally experienced during the 2025 season. While most questions require a response for survey flow purposes, many questions allow you to indicate that you did not experience a given situation.
Please consider sharing this survey with others in the haunt industry, including scare actors, managers, owners, makeup artists, and support staff.
The results of this survey will be shared publicly at an aggregate level to support education, training, and discussion across the haunt industry.
